Refund & Returns Policy
1) Returns Policy
a) General Returns Conditionsi) The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all orders for the supply and sale of goods by Crowcon. These conditions supersede any terms and conditions contained in any Customer’s order unless otherwise agreed in writing by Crowcon.
ii) This policy only applies to goods purchased direct from Crowcon via our e-commerce platform, where goods are purchased indirectly, then please contact the original supplier.
iii) This policy relates to returns of working items due to unwanted goods only. For all warranty returns please refer to our warranty policy available here.
iv) No goods shall be accepted back by Crowcon unless a “Returns number” has been assigned. “Returns numbers” are allocated by Crowcon and will be provided when a customer requests a return. The “Returns number” must be clearly indicated on the Customers paperwork accompanying the returned goods.
b) Returning Unwanted Product
i) You have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made to order and/or calibration services.
ii) You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing by email within the period of 7 working days.
iii) Crowcon will assign a returns number and provide all necessary returns paperwork which must be completed and included with your returned goods.
iv) All goods must be returned within 14 days of the original notification requesting return else Crowcon reserves the right to reject the return.
v) All goods returned to us must be in their original packaging and must be unused and in a saleable condition with a copy of your delivery note as well as all associated returns paperwork else Crowcon reserves the right to reject the return.
vi) A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied for reprocessing.
vii) For orders cancelled where notification has occurred after the 7 day period Crowcon reserves the right to charge the Customer for all costs incurred and a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price shall apply.
viii) Crowcon reserves the right to charge the Customer for all costs incurred on cancelled orders.
ix) All sales made are upon the condition that although goods supplied are of sound commercial quality, Crowcon can accept no liability as to their suitability for any purpose other than that specified at the time of sale.
c) Test and Inspection
i) All returned goods will be subjected to an inspection and/or test(s) to establish the condition of the goods before a refund can be offered.
ii) We commit to providing a formal response within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods.
d) Examination Of Goods
i) Goods must be examined forthwith on delivery. Crowcon shall replace any goods damaged or lost in transit to the place of delivery provided such damage or loss is reported to the Company within 7 working days of such delivery.
ii) No other liability shall be accepted by the Company in respect of any such damage or loss, Any rejection of the goods on any other grounds must be communicated to the Company within 7 working days.
